Terms applying to MDA Cleanup customer bookings.
Quotes and bookings
A quote request does not create a confirmed booking. MDA Cleanup confirms service scope, price, date and availability separately.
Access and customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe access, accurate property information and any agreed cleaning products or equipment required for the service.
Service scope
Only tasks included in the confirmed service or quotation form part of the booking.
Damage and concerns
Customers should report service concerns or damage as soon as reasonably possible so MDA Cleanup can investigate and determine an appropriate remedy.
